At the heart of our chocolates are cacao beans of the Criollo variety, cultivated by hundreds of families in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon rainforest. Our raw chocolate is made at our Vaajakoski factory at a low temperature below 42°C. This ensures that the cacao bean’s valuable qualities, nutrients and authentic flavour are preserved all the way to your moment of indulgence. Our raw chocolates get their sweetness from sustainably produced raw cane sugar.
