Our unique raw chocolate treats are made from sustainably grown cocoa beans at our very own Vaajakoski factory. The chocolate is ground in a traditional Stone Ground mill, never exceeding 42 degrees in temperature at any stage of the process. This ensures the authentic taste of the cocoa bean from the depths of the Amazonian rainforest. Our famous chocolates are handmade in Finland by our raw chocolate master Malla. Or perhaps you’d like to visit the depths of the rainforest with Intense, our 90% cocoa chocolate? 

Our goal is to offer high quality, ethically and sustainably produced chocolate that is handmade in Finland. The cocoa beans for our raw chocolate come from the heart of the Amazonian rainforest in Peru, where hundreds of small family farmers grow original Criollo cocoa beans. Indonesian coconut sugar, which has often been referred to as the most sustainable sweetener in the world, provides sweetness for our raw chocolate delicacies. 

The raw chocolate is prepared in our Vaajakoski factory using traditional Stone Ground mills. The temperature of the chocolate never exceeds 42 degrees, so the properties of the cocoa beans and other ingredients are preserved 

Our selection has chocolate for every taste, whether you prefer light and creamy or dark and strong flavours. Many of the chocolates include berries, such as blueberries and strawberries, and rich spices, such as cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. Some of the darkest chocolates receive a dash of vanilla, while others are mixed together with spicy ginger and strong licorice. Some of our chocolates combine unique ingredients you won’t find anywhere elsehow about a bite of chocolate, that includes beetroot, cordyceps and supermaca?
