Start by adding the rice flour, baking powder, and vanilla powder to a bowl and blend. Add the oat milk and sparkling water and whisk until you have a lump-free dough. Melt the butter (or margarine for vegan waffles) and add to the dough along with the agave syrup. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Heat your waffle iron and fry the waffles in butter or margarine. Serve with Herkutella, coconut shaves, and fresh berries.
