TROPICAL LUCUMA – TASTE THIS “INCAN GOLD” 

Lucuma fruit (Pouteria Lucuma) is a sweet, tropical fruit from Peru. It is often referred to as “Incan gold” all around the world, and it has a long history, especially in South America.  

Lucuma fruits resemble avocados, but the pulp of lucuma is yellow-orange, much like a pumpkin’s. Aromatic lucuma powder is a great natural sweetener, and it brings soft texture to different types of foods and pastries. Lucuma has a nuanced flavour, being tart and sweet simultaneously.  

Add lucuma to all types of raw and cooked foods and pastries. Tropical lucuma brings delicious flavour and creamy texture to smoothies, raw chocolate and cakes. Add a finishing touch to pastries, ice cream dishes, puddings or your morning porridge with this unique fruit powder. 

Mix lucuma together with maca to complement the texture and flavour of maca with a 1:1 ratio.
