These naturally gluten-free and vegan mocha brownies are spiced with lovely Foodin chai spice, a mixture of warming cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and ginger. Enjoy the brownies with dreamy raw chocolate and shredded coconut sprinkles.


180 g (4 dl) Foodin almond flour 

135 g (2 dl) Foodin light rice flour 

20 g (0,5 dl) Foodin cacao powder 

160 g (2 dl) Foodin xylitol / birch sugar 

50 g (1 dl) Foodin dark raw chocolate sprinkles 

2 tsp Foodin chai spice 

2 tsp baking powder 

0,5 tsp salt 

1 dl melted vegan butter 

2 dl oat drink 


A jar of Foodin hazelnut-raw chocolate Herkkuisa or half raw chocolate and half white chocolate Herkkuisa  

1 tsp Foodin chai spice   

2 tbsp warm Foodin Flow coffee 

On top: Foodin dreamy raw chocolate sprinkles and shredded coconut  


Preheat the oven to 175 C. 

In a bowl, combine the flours, cacao powder, sugar, chocolate sprinkles, chai spice, baking powder and salt. Add the melted butter and oat drink. Fold the batter gently until fully combined and spread evenly on a 22×31 cm baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes and let cool. 

Mix the frosting ingredients together and spread on top of the brownies. Sprinkle dreamy chocolate sprinkles and shredded coconut on top.
