In addition to almonds, dark chocolate and sea salt, the bar contains nuts and seeds, such as cashew nuts, Brazil nuts and sunflower seeds. The Collagen Protein Bar is sweetened with coconut nectar, which is often referred to as the world’s most sustainable sweetener. Due to the low glycemic index of the nectar, you can enjoy your bar without having to worry about white sugars!
