Wheatgrass is harvested at a young stage, before sprouting grains or seeds. Wheatgrass does not contain gluten. Wheatgrass powder can be enjoyed with water and other drinks such as juice or green smoothies.
Store at room temperature tightly sealed.
Recommended daily dose: As with the use of other green powders, it is recommended to start the use of wheatgrass powder in moderation, with about ¼ teaspoons. You can then slowly increase the dose to the recommended 1-2 teaspoons a day while listening to your body.
