Foodin’s GMO-free pea protein is made from Canadian yellow peas, and is an excellent source of vegan protein. It has a good amino acid profile, with particularly high amounts of L-glutamine but no lectins. Mix 0.5 – 1 dl of pea protein with 3 dl of water or any other liquid of your choosing.
