APPLE CIDER VINEGAR WITH GINGER AND HONEY DEEPENS THE TASTE OF YOUR DISH
Foodin’s apple cider vinegar is unpasteurized and made from unfiltered organic apple juice. As a result of natural fermentation, the product contains 5% acetic acid. The important “mother” of the drink brings flavour. In addition to the ginger and honey flavoured variety, our selection provides an unflavoured, original apple cider vinegar.
Apple cider vinegar is great for preserving, salads and vinaigrettes, and it works well as a spice for casseroles and sauces. Season an oven-baked fish with traditional apple cider vinegar mixed with lemon juice. A sweet drink that supports digestion and promotes intestinal balance is easily mixed by adding 2-3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to carbonated or non-carbonated water.
