CLOVE IS NOT JUST FOR MULLED WINE

Strong clove is a traditional holiday spice, known best for its appearance in mulled, spiced wine. Clove powder is much more versatile than what it seems! It is a perfect match for apples and pears, muffins and fruit salads, and the strong flavour can be balanced with sweet vanilla and honey notes. Clove is wonderful in hot drinks, pastries and salty dishes.
