If you’re craving something crispy, savory and nutritious try this delicious Foodin Paramesan crisp seed bread! Enjoy it like regular bread or dip it into hummus with vegetables. 

INGREDIENTS

2 dl Foodin Paramesan
0,5 dl Foodin flax seeds
0,5 dl Foodin chia seeds
0,5 dl Foodin sun flower seeds
0,5 dl Foodin shelled hempseeds
2 dl gluten-free oat flour
¾ tsp salt
0,5 dl Foodin Extra Virgin olive oil
2 dl boiling water 

RECIPE

Preheat the oven to 180 C. 

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the olive oil and boiling water, mix and let set for 10 minutes. 

With the help of a parchment paper, roll or press the dough onto a parchment paper covered baking sheet (about 32 x 36 cm).  

Bake the bread for 20-25 minutes or until it is crisp. If the edges are thinner than the rest of the bread, they will bake faster. You can cut the pieces off when they are ready and continue baking until the mid part is also crisp. 

Cut the crisp bread into pieces right after baking. 

Tip: You can leave out the gluten-free oat flour and use a whole bag of Foodin Paramesan (and a bit less salt, about ½ tsp). The crisp bread will be more crumbly this way, but still very delicious!
