Apricots are a sunny snack and versatile sweetener. Organic apricots are a delicious addition to sweet pastries and desserts that crave something a little fruitier.  

Due to their juicy texture, apricots add softness to pastries and cakes and a dash of sweetness to salty and crunchy snack mixes. Soaking apricots make them even softer, and make it easy to add them to tropical summer smoothies. Apricots also transform into delicious jam. THE ORIGIN OF OUR APRICOTS 

The apricot fruit originates in China, where apricot trees were already grown thousands of years ago. Europe had its first bite of apricots about 2,500 years ago, and the Greeks and Romans named the yellow, luscious fruits as “golden eggs of the Sun”. Since then, apricots have been one of the most popular fruits in the world, and they’re used widely in both desserts and fruity vegetable and chicken casseroles.  

Foodin’s apricots are sulfate free, so you can enjoy them with their peel. The dried apricots have been pitted.
