SOFT ORGANIC ALMOND FLOUR
Almond flour is a soft, mild flour that is prepared from blanched almonds. It is suitable for a wide variety of baking and cooking. The sweet almonds used in our flour are grown in Italy.
Almond flour is very versatile, and many who are allergic to nuts can still enjoy almonds. It is suitable for low-carb, keto and many other types of special diets.
Use almond flour in all your baking – cakes, pancakes, cookies, bread! Remember to mix almond flour with something sturdier, such as rice flour or buckwheat flour to get the desired texture. Rich in fibre, almond flour binds liquids more effectively than regular flours, so it is advisable to use more liquids in your dough as you would otherwise, or cut back on the other dry ingredients. To create a more sticky texture that is easier to mould and handle, try adding some psyllium husk into the mix!
