OUR PREMIUM COCONUT FLOUR IS SOFT AND RICH IN FIBRE
Our premium coconut flour is made by grounding dried coconut pulp. Traditionally, coconut flour is a byproduct, when coconut oil is pressed from the pulp. Careful drying and grounding guarantees a wonderful aroma for the flour, and it is softer and more aromatic than the traditional byproduct flour.
Coconut flour is rich in fibre, with up to 38 grams of fibre per 100g. A tablespoon of coconut flour contains 5 g of fibre. Coconut flour is also low in carbohydrates.
In baking, you can replace 10-25% of used flours with coconut flour. Coconut flour is sweet in taste, so you might not need as much sugar as you would without it. Coconut flour can also be added to smoothies, drinks, porridges and muesli, and it can be used as an ingredient in ice cream.
Packed in a factory that handles gluten-free oats, nuts (cashews, Brazil nuts, pecans, macadamias, hazelnuts and walnuts), almonds, sesame seeds, and milk protein.
