Supermaca – a unique result of long-term development
Maca (Lepidium meyenii) is a root vegetable known as a superfood, growing in the harsh conditions of the Peruvian Andes. It’s also referred to as “Andean crown” or “Peruvian ginseng.” The maca root thrives in mountainous regions where weather conditions vary dramatically from cold to hot. Foodin’s Peruvian partner is one of the pioneers in maca cultivation and processing. Supermaca is a unique product and the result of long-term development, culminating in an exceptionally potent maca powder. Supermaca is a highly concentrated extract that contains up to 10 times more glucosinolates than regular maca. A balanced blend of red, black, and yellow Peruvian maca. The maca is harvested fresh in the Andes and dried in a controlled environment using specially designed equipment.
Usage: 0.5–1 tsp/day, gradually increasing to a maximum of 1–2 tbsp. Contains no additives or preservatives.
Food supplement. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. The stated recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Keep out of reach of children.
Packed in a factory that handles gluten-free oats, nuts (cashews, Brazil nuts, pecans, macadamias, hazelnuts and walnuts), almonds, sesame seeds, and milk protein.
