SESAME SEEDS ARE PERFECT FOR ASIAN CUISINE
Many know the sesame seed from Japanese cuisine, and many taste their first with delicious makis and other sushi. Sesame seeds and black sesame seeds can be used in a similar way in cooking and baking.
Sesame seeds are at their best when sprinkled over rice- and noodle dishes. They deepen the flavours of Eastern cuisine, and bring a touch of Asia to the simplest of dishes. Our favourite combination is to sprinkle sesame seeds on top of chili-marinated vegetables and rice noodles.
Due to their small size, sesame seeds make a wonderful addition to spice mixes. Try mixing sesame seeds as part of a coarse salt and herb combo!
