PREPARE AN AESTHETIC SIDE DISH WITH RED RICE
Red rice is an refreshing alternative in cooking. It has a softly aromatic and slightly stronger flavour than white rice. Like traditional rice it is great when served plain, or seasoned with vegetable stock. Try red rice as part of a salad with sun dried tomatoes, olives, spring onion, or a host of other fresh and flavourful greens and vegetables.
Based on recommendations from our customers, red rice is especially popular served with white fish or other colourful sides such as a sauce or puree made from fresh peas.
Fried rice is still an unfamiliar way to prepare rice for many, so we recommend boldly giving it a try. Behind the rich flavour of fried rice are pan-seared rice and add-ins like Foodin’s coconut aminos, ginger, chili, sesame seeds, and coriander.

Foodin’s red rice is heirloom Khao Deng rice that is cultivated in Northeastern Thailand.
