NUTRITIONAL YEAST FLAKES MAKE EXCELLENT VEGAN GRATED CHEESE 

Nutritional yeast flakes are a delicious addition to versatile cooking. These classic, lightweight flakes are often referred to as “vegan grated cheese” due to their resemblance to parmesan. The nutty, umami flavour brings a delicious cheese-like flavour to cooking and baking. Nutritional yeast flakes include protein, fibre and Vitamin B’s.  

Nutritional yeast flakes are at their best when sprinkled on top of a colourful salad. Traditionally yeast flakes have also been added on into sauces and on top of rice and pasta dishes.
