Kidney beans are high in fiber and PERFECT FOR BALANCING SPICES

Protein-rich kidney beans are suitable for salads, stews and soups. Due to their mild taste, kidney beans are also well suited for hot dishes.

How to use kidney beans?

Rinse the beans and soak for at least 10 hours in plenty of water. First, boil for 10 minutes and drain. Add new water and cook for about an hour. You can season the boiling water, but don’t add salt, as it will harden the bean shell. Allow the beans to cool in their boiling water before pouring the water.

Packed in a factory that handles gluten-free oats, nuts (cashews, Brazil nuts, pecans, macadamias, hazelnuts and walnuts), almonds, sesame seeds, milk protein and gluten-free oats.
