APPLE CIDER VINEGAR FOR DRINKS, COOKING AND SALADS
Foodin’s apple cider vinegar is unpasteurized and made from unfiltered organic apple juice. As a result of natural fermentation, the product contains 5% acetic acid. The important “mother” of the drink brings flavour. In addition to the original, unflavoured version, our apple cider vinegar can also be found in a honey and ginger flavoured variety.
Apple cider vinegar is great for preserving, salads and vinaigrettes, and it works well as a spice for casseroles and sauces. Season an oven-baked fish with traditional apple cider vinegar mixed with lemon juice. A sweet drink that supports digestion and promotes intestinal balance is easily mixed by adding 2-3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to carbonated or non-carbonated water.
Store in a dry and cool place away from direct sunlight.
