CRYSTALLISED GINGER IS LIKE MOTHER NATURE’S OWN CANDY
Crystallised ginger bites are made from organically grown, soft and spicy ginger. The ginger is crystallised with cane sugar.
Ginger originates in Asia. It is believed that ginger first arrived in Europe in Roman times, when people started using it as a spice in baking. Today, the use of ginger has spread throughout the globe, and it is one of the most popular spices in sauces, casseroles, pastries and drinks. Ginger’s unique taste has made it a popular snack either dried or crystallised.
When the ginger is crystallised, the texture becomes soft and juicy. Crystallised ginger bites have replaced traditional sweets for many of our customers, but unlike candy, ginger can be enjoyed a little more often! Add crystallised ginger into your trail mix, porridge, yogurt or on top of ice cream dishes and cakes. Our favourite is pouring raw chocolate sauce on top of vanilla ice cream and sprinkling a few crystallised gingers on top.
Packed in a factory that handles gluten-free oats, nuts (cashews, Brazil nuts, pecans, macadamias, hazelnuts and walnuts), almonds, sesame seeds, and milk protein.
