Salad: Arugula
Baby spinach
1 orange
1 grapefruit
1 avocado
Spring onion
1 dl Foodin Honey Garlic seasoned nuts
Dressing:
Juice of 1 tangerine
½ dl Foodin olive oil
1 tbsp Foodin apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Foodin lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper
RECIPE
Place the arugula and spinach in a bowl. Peel and slice the orange, grapefruit, and avocado, and add them to the bowl. Sprinkle the chopped spring onion and Honey Garlic seasoned nuts on top.
