This creamy smoothie is refreshing and rehydrating thanks to Foodin coconut water and mango-mandarin electrolyte powder. The smoothie is prepared with only a few ingredients but you can boost the nutritional profile by adding soaked Foodin nuts and seeds.  

INGREDIENTS

300 g frozen mango pieces 

2 dl natural yogurt (such as unsweetened coconut yogurt) 

2 dl Foodin Coconut water 

2 tsp Foodin Mango-mandarin electrolyte powder 

Depending on the sweetness of the mango, you can add sweeteener such as 1 tbsp Foodin birch sugar. 

RECIPE

You can also make the smoothie even more refreshing by adding 1 tbsp Foodin lemon juice 

To boost the smoothie: about 0,5 dl Foodin nuts and seeds 

Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth and creamy. Taste and add sweetener, lemon juice or both! 

If you want to add nuts and seeds, soak them beforehand (overnight) to make them softer and more nutritious.
