This scrumptious tart is easy to make with Foodin organic nuts, dates, coconut oil and spices. The topping is heavenly raw chocolate Herkkuisa with white chocolate Herkkuisa stripes.


120 g Foodin organic nuts 

5 Foodin medjool dates 

1 tbsp Foodin coconut oil 

Generous ¼ tsp Foodin vanilla powder 

Generous ¼ tsp Foodin salt  

Topping: 1 jar of Foodin hazelnut-raw chocolate Herkkuisa spread and white chocolate Herkkuisa as stripes. 


Blend all crust ingredients in a blender until smooth. Press into a baking form and spread Herkkuisa evenly on top. Drizzle white chocolate Herkkuisa stripes and place the tart in the freezer or refrigerator to set. 

Cut into pieces when the tart topping is solid. 

If you store the tart in the freezer, take it out about 30 minutes before serving.
