Top your naturally gluten-free brownies with Foodin Gingerbread flavored raw chocolate spread for a delicious Christmas twist!

INGREDIENTS

150 g butter 

2 dl Foodin almond flour 

2 dl gluten-free oat flour 

0,5 dl Foodin cacao powder 

2 tsp baking powder 

½ tsp salt 

3 dl Foodin coconut sugar 

3 eggs 

1 dl coffee  

Topping

2 jars Foodin Pipariherkkuisa 

Gluten-free gingerbread cookies 

RECIPE

Preheat the oven to 200C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the butter and set it aside to cool. Mix together the dry ingredients: flours, cacao powder, baking powder and salt. With an electric mixer, whisk together the eggs and coconut sugar. To the egg-sugar mixture, add the dry ingredients, coffee and melted butter gently folding. 

Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 12 minutes. Let the cake cool down. Warm the Foodin Pipariherkkuisa in the microwave and then spread on top of the brownie. Crumble lots of gingerbread cookies on top.
