Spice up colorful grilled vegetables and mushrooms with Foodin BBQ spice! Brush the vegetables with Foodin unfiltered high quality Extra Virgin olive oil before grilling. After grilling drizzle the vegetables with a flavorful spiced oil and Provence herbs. Add (vegan) feta to make a gourmet warm feta salad!


A variety of vegetables such as: 



Bell peppers 





Foodin unfiltered Extra Virgin olive oil 


BBQ spiced oil 

2 tbsp Foodin unfiltered Extra Virgin olive oil 

1 tbsp Foodin umami sauce 

1 tbsp Foodin lemon juice 

1 tsp Foodin BBQ spice 

1/4 tsp – 1/2 tsp salt  

Also: Foodin Provence herbs and (vegan) feta  


Heat the grill, rinse and dry the vegetables. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel. Chop and slice the vegetables. Place the mushrooms, radishes and asparagus on a skewer. Brush the vegetables and mushrooms gently with olive oil. Cook everything on the grill for about a few minutes to 10 minutes – depending on the vegetables – rotating them every now and then.  

Mix the spiced oil ingredients together and drizzle it on the grilled vegetables and mushrooms. Sprinkle Provence herbs generously on top and crumble (vegan) feta to make a warm feta salad.
