SuomeksiWe deliver products within 1-3 business days from the registration of the order. In the best case, the order will be at your door the next day. There may be delays during campaign periods. Orders are delivered to the nearest post office, Matkahuolto, or agent location. If the delivery is by letter, it will come to your home. Delivery can also be made directly to your home, the delivery method can be chosen during the order process. It is also possible to order products for a friend; the delivery address can be chosen when placing the order.
If the order is not picked up from the selected delivery location within the storage time, the shipment will be returned to the sender. Failure to pick up is not a cancellation of the order. In such cases, we will charge a €15 shipping and handling fee for the unclaimed package.
We reserve the right to change prices and cancel the order if we see a reason to do so.

RETURN
The contents of the shipment must be checked immediately upon delivery. If the contents of the package do not match the order or products are damaged during transportation, it must be reported immediately.
If possible, broken products should be photographed and the photos sent to info(at)foodin.fi.
Customer returns must always be agreed upon in advance. All saleable products have a 14-day return right according to the Consumer Protection Act, during which the customer will get a refund for the purchased product. Shipping and handling costs are not reimbursed to the customer.
UNCLAIMED ORDER
We automatically charge €15 for shipping and handling costs for unclaimed orders during the refund process. In case of problems, please contact our customer service immediately. Please note that an unclaimed order is not a return under the Consumer Protection Act.
ORDER
The order can be changed by contacting our customer service, even if you have received an order confirmation.

Collector Invoice and Installment
Collector offers an invoicing option, which includes a Collector invoicing fee of €3 and an invoicing surcharge of €2, so the total invoicing costs are €5. The invoicing surcharge is added to the invoice sent by Collector.
Klarna Payment Methods

Invoice: the payment period is 14 days from the delivery of the products. Klarna invoice terms are available here.
