The easiest summer dessert is of course nice cream! All you need is a few sweet frozen bananas, Foodin white chocolate and raw chocolate spread and coconut milk. This treat is simple to make anywhere – you only need a small immersion blender to blend the nice cream together.
INGREDIENTS
Nice cream base
3 bananas, sweet (with brown spots)
Raspberry white chocolate
About 1,5 frozen bananas, chopped before freezing
0,5 dl Foodin white chocolate Herkkuisa
1 dl fresh raspberries
0,5 dl Foodin coconut milk
Optional: Foodin dried organic white chocolate raspberries
Chocolatey
About 1,5 frozen bananas, chopped before freezing
0,5 dl Foodin raw chocolate Herkkuisa
0,5 dl Foodin coconut milk
Optional: ice cream cones
RECIPE
The previous day: chop the banana into small pieces and freeze overnight.
To the immersion blender bowl, add the frozen banana, Foodin white chocolate Herkkuisa and raspberries. Add coconut milk so the ingredients blend better together. Keep blending until the nice cream is smooth.
Repeat to make the chocolatey flavor.
Enjoy the nice cream from a cone or a bowl immediately or freeze for about 15 minutes to let it solidify a bit.
If you freeze the nice cream for a longer time, it will become more solid due to the coconut in both Herkkuisa and coconut milk.
