Delivery terms

We deliver products within 1-3 business days from the registration of the order. In the best case, the order will be at your door the next day. There may be delays during campaign periods. Orders are delivered to the nearest post office, Matkahuolto, or agent location. If the delivery is by letter, it will come to your home. Delivery can also be made directly to your home, the delivery method can be chosen during the order process. It is also possible to order products for a friend; the delivery address can be chosen when placing the order.

If the order is not picked up from the selected delivery location within the storage time, the shipment will be returned to the sender. Failure to pick up is not a cancellation of the order. In such cases, we will charge a €15 shipping and handling fee for the unclaimed package.

We reserve the right to change prices and cancel the order if we see a reason to do so.

Pick-up of completed orders on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Orders over €69 are delivered without delivery costs, and orders over €149 (Itella 16, Posti Express) are delivered directly to the doorstep.

PRIVACY

Customer information is not disclosed to third parties.

RETURN

The contents of the shipment must be checked immediately upon delivery. If the contents of the package do not match the order or products are damaged during transportation, it must be reported immediately.

If possible, broken products should be photographed and the photos sent to info(at)foodin.fi.

Customer returns must always be agreed upon in advance. All saleable products have a 14-day return right according to the Consumer Protection Act, during which the customer will get a refund for the purchased product. Shipping and handling costs are not reimbursed to the customer.

UNCLAIMED ORDER

We automatically charge €15 for shipping and handling costs for unclaimed orders during the refund process. In case of problems, please contact our customer service immediately. Please note that an unclaimed order is not a return under the Consumer Protection Act.

ORDER

The order can be changed by contacting our customer service, even if you have received an order confirmation.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes cannot be combined with other campaigns or discount codes.

PAYMENT METHODS

Online Banking

The payment and financing service related to online banking is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj buys the payment transaction and transfers it to the merchant. From the user’s point of view, the service works just like traditional online payments.

Payments with Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard

If you want to pay with Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard, Rawmance Oy only markets the products and services and delivers the products to the buyer. Paytrail Oyj is responsible for complaints.

Paytrail Oyj acts as the seller of the product for payments made with Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard, and the transaction takes place between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. The seller is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. Paytrail Oyj is also the recipient of the payment.

Collector Invoice and Installment

Collector offers an invoicing option, which includes a Collector invoicing fee of €3 and an invoicing surcharge of €2, so the total invoicing costs are €5. The invoicing surcharge is added to the invoice sent by Collector.

Klarna Payment Methods

Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ.) (main office address Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden), we offer the following payment methods, where payment is made directly to Klarna:

Invoice: the payment period is 14 days from the delivery of the products. Klarna invoice terms are available here.
Flexible installment: you can pay for your purchases flexibly in monthly installments, which are at least 1/100 of the debt amount (however, always at least 5.00 EUR including interest on the remaining debt).
Fixed installment: you can choose from different monthly installment options at checkout. Installments decrease monthly as the unpaid credit amount decreases.
Campaign invoice: if the option for extended 1-3 months payment period is offered at the time of purchase against an initial fee (e.g., “Buy now, pay in February”), you can pay for the purchases according to the campaign invoice terms.

Discounts and Promotions

Campaigns are valid for a limited time, and discounts or offers cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Campaign offers and discounts are only valid for orders placed during the campaign period. Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
