A real everyday saviour, pea pasta! A spring pasta dish gets its flavour and green colour from peas, creaminess from avocado and parmesan flavour from Foodin’s Paravegano. This everyday dish is a quick one: just add the ingredients to a blender and cook the pasta.
INGREDIENTS
Pea Sauce:
200g frozen peas
1 avocado
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp Foodin Lemon Juice
0.5 tsp Foodin sea salt
0.5 tsp Foodin black pepper
Fresh Basil
Other ingredients:
Spaghetti
1 tbsp Foodin Sea Salt
1 tbsp Foodin Olive
1 tbsp Foodin Paravegano
Fresh Basil
RECIPE
Dinner in 15 minutes, a true weekday savior!
Defrost the frozen peas in a pan with some water, remove when defrosted (do not boil)! Place the peas, avocado, garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and basil to a boil and mix with a stand mixer until smooth.
Boil the water for the pasta, add salt and the pasta, and cook until al dente.
Mix the pasta in the bowl with pea sauce and serve with fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil, and Paravegano.
