Coconut chips are made from the white flesh of coconuts, which is cut into larger pieces and dried. The coconuts we use come from Asia, where coconut palms grow among other vegetation. Harvesting is carried out by local farmers and their employees, who either climb the coconut palms or use long harvesting tools. No monkeys are used to harvest the coconuts used in our coconut products. The different parts of the coconut are utilised as thoroughly as possible, excluding the shell.<\/p>\n
Coconut chips are an easy way to add both flavour and crunch to familiar recipes. Sprinkle them over granola, porridge or smoothie bowls, use them to finish cakes and other desserts, or add them to nut and berry mixes.
