WALNUT BUTTER IS A FLAVOURFUL, AROMATIC SPREAD
Walnut butter is a flavourful and aromatic spread, made entirely from organic walnuts. The fresh walnuts in the butter taste great in both sweet and savory dishes, and work wonderfully as a dip for fruits and vegetables.
HOW TO USE
Walnut butter works wonderfully as a dip. Prepare raw fruits and vegetables like carrot, parsnip, celery, cucumber, apples and other favourites and dip them into the butter. Try walnut butter as a salad dressing – it adds wonderful texture.
Walnut butter makes a flavourful garnish for raw porridges, and is great when mixed with chia pudding. The creamy texture of the butter adds variety to smoothie – have you tasted frozen banana, plant milk, raw cacao and nut butter blended together?
Our customers love to use walnut butter in all different types of treats. It goes well in all baking, and you can use it on pancakes, in cake and cookie doughs, fillins, muffins or even dates.
HOW OUR WALNUT BUTTER IS MADE
All our nut and seed butters are made using a traditional stone ground method at our own Vaajakoski factory. Our walnut butter is prepared from walnuts that are picked and sorted by hand. A long and gentle process in the stone mill as well as a low temperature below 42 degrees Celsius preserve the nutrients of the nuts and provide a velvety flavour and texture.
Store an opened walnut butter jar at room temperature for up to 3 months. Keep tightly sealed away from light.
Organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, GMO-free,. Does not contain any additives or preservatives.
Packaged in a factory that processes nuts (cashew, Brazil nut, pecan, pistachio, macadamia, hazel and walnuts), almonds, sesame seeds and whey protein (from milk).
