FLAX SEED IS RICH IN FIBRE AND GREAT FOR VEGAN BAKING

Flax seeds are rich in fibre and fatty acids, and are excellent in yogurt, porridge or smoothie. To bring the best flavour out of flax seeds, we recommend grinding or crushing them right before use.

Due to their liquid and dough-binding properties, flax seeds can be used as a substitute for eggs in vegan baking. Mix the seeds together with water, where they’ll form a stomach-friendly gel that you can blend into your dough or batter.

Packed in a factory that handles nuts (cashews, Brazil nuts, pecans, macadamias, hazelnuts and walnuts), almonds, sesame seeds, milk protein and gluten-free oats.
