Strong clove is a traditional holiday spice, known best for its appearance in mulled, spiced wine. Clove powder is much more versatile than what it seems! It is a perfect match for apples and pears, muffins and fruit salads, and the strong flavour can be balanced with sweet vanilla and honey notes. Clove is wonderful in hot drinks, pastries and salty dishes. Sprinkle clove powder on cocoa or tea, add a dash to pots and sauces, or try tuning familiar favourites like chocolate-chip cookies or fluffy cakes. 

Clove is a traditional, strong and warming aromatic spice. Clove can be used whole or ground into a powder, and due to its strong nature is best when used in moderation.
