The chai spice mix is a warming spice mix that combines cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, black pepper, cloves and nutmeg. The aromatic spices create a unique chai experience that you can use in both sweet and savory cooking, and especially hot drinks.  

The perfect chai drink is achieved when you mix strong black tea, add a splash of almond milk and a dash of chai spices. Chai is perfect in other teas as well, and is a great companion to cocoa too. Use chai spice in Asian sauces and marinades, and use it to bake biscuits and crumbles.
