BRAZIL NUT BUTTER IS A RICH TREAT
Our organic Brazil nut butter stands out from the rest of our other butters with its crunchy texture! Just as with our other nut butters, the Brazil nut butter is made from only one ingredient. The taste of fresh Brazil nuts are a brilliant addition to both sweet and savory dishes.
HOW TO USE
Use Brazil nut butter as a dip or spread, as a sauce for salty and creamy soups or roasted vegetables, or enjoy it as a snack. Try this crumbly, crunchy butter as filling for cakes, muffins, pies and other delicious baked goods. Brazil nut butter is also a perfect addition to raw porridge, chia pudding and smoothies.
Brazil nut butter inspired indulgence, much like our delicious cashew butter. Try dipping apple slices or filling Medjool dates. The butter is so delicious your spoon might find its way into it just as it is!
Please note that the oil of the nuts gathers on the surface, so mix the butter well before use. This is a natural property of the butter and does not affect its flavour or shelf life.
HOW BRAZIL NUT BUTTER IS MADE
All our nut and seed butters are made using a traditional stone ground method at our own Vaajakoski factory. Our Brazil nut butter is prepared from Brazil nuts that are picked and sorted by hand. A long and gentle process in the stone mill as well as a low temperature below 42 degrees Celsius preserve the nutrients of the nuts and provide a velvety flavour and texture.
Store an opened Brazil nut butter jar at room temperature for up to 3 months. Keep tightly sealed away from light.
Organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, GMO-free,. Does not contain any additives or preservatives.
Packaged in a factory that processes nuts (cashew, Brazil nut, pecan, pistachio, macadamia, hazel and walnuts), almonds, sesame seeds and whey protein (from milk).
