SPROUT WITH ALFALFA SEEDS
Alfalfa seeds are most commonly used in sprouting. Sprouting enhances the absorption of the nutrients in the alfalfa seeds, and they’re a delicious addition to salads and sandwiches. Alfalfa seeds are great in Asian style sauces and rice dishes, spicy soups and bread doughs.
HOW TO SOAK ALFALFA SEEDS
Soak 2-3 tablespoons of seeds in 2-3 dl of water, preferably in a glass jar, at room temperature for approximately seven hours. Rinse the seeds after soaking.
Sprout the seeds for five days and rinse them twice a day. Sprouted alfalfa seeds stay good in the refrigerator for about six days.
Organic, vegan, free from additives or preservatives.
Packaged in a factory that processes nuts (cashew, Brazil nut, pecan, pistachio, macadamia, hazel and walnuts), almonds, sesame seeds and whey protein (from milk).
