  • A natural sweetener that is almost as sweet as white sugar, with a cool, fresh taste 
  • Its texture is like that of ordinary sugar
  • Reacts well to heat, and is therefore suitable for baking

  • The glycemic index is very low, GI 7, so it raises blood sugar very slowly

COCONUT SUGAR
